Job summary

Mercy Health in the Fort Smith area is seeking a Charge RN to lead and coordinate patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing practices in alignment with established standards. This role serves as a clinical resource and supports high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact state.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire; ACLS, PALS, NRP or other unit-specific credentials may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
