Job summary

Regions Hospital in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Charge Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Medicine/Progressive Care Unit. You will provide patient-centered nursing care, monitor complex cardiac patients, and lead a care team in a high-acuity setting within South 8.

The role supports an evidence-based practice model and a nurse residency program for onboarding and retention. The position requires a BSN or ADN with RN license in Minnesota, CPR/BLS certification, and strong interpersonal skills to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or ADN with 1 year RN experience.
• Minnesota RN license.
• CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care on Cardiac Medicine/Progressive Care Unit.
• Monitor and respond to patient changes and vital signs.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs and staff to plan care.
• Support telemetry operations and patient education.
