Job summary

Good Samaritan Luverne is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care to residents using the nursing process, collaborating with the team to plan, implement and evaluate care. The role requires an active MN RN license at time of hire and a Bachelor’s in nursing is preferred.

This part-time day shift (7am–7pm) includes potential charge nurse responsibilities and access to education assistance, with a robust benefits package. Generous shift differentials apply for certain hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with resident, family and inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident education, assessment and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as needed.
