Job summary
Good Samaritan Luverne MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care for residents using the nursing process. The Day shift, part-time schedule (7am to 7pm, 12 hours per week) offers meaningful teamwork in a not-for-profit setting dedicated to quality care in a Christian environment.
You will collaborate with residents and families, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, and may serve as charge nurse.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- RN license in the state of practice; multi-state licensure may be required in an NLC state.
- Maintains required department competencies and certifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
- Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while ensuring safe care.
- Comply with the Nurse Practice Act and professional standards.
