Good Samaritan in Luverne, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time role. The RN provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process, collaborates with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team, and participates in care planning and evaluation.

The position requires an unencumbered RN license, with the opportunity to serve as charge nurse. Benefits include a robust package and daily access to earnings, with shifts from 7am to 7pm on Mondays.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, CCNE, ACEN, and NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and address concerns within the scope of nursing practice.
