• Transcribe Orders: accurately transcribe physician orders.
• Document Resident Care: timely, accurate nursing records.
• Collaborate During Shift Reports: ensure care continuity.
• Educate Support Staff: train staff on nursing policies.
• Maintain Safety Standards: infection control and body mechanics.
• Address Staffing Needs: arrange replacements when needed.
