Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current nursing license in good standing in Iowa.
• CPR certification preferred or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
• One year of experience in long-term care or memory care preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care to residents.
• Supervise CNAs and CMAs.
• Review physician orders and admission information.
• Maintain facility documentation and charts.
• Discharge residents or transfer to hospital with proper forms.
