Qualifications

• RN or LVN license in good standing.
• Ability to supervise nursing aides and coordinate care.
• Proficiency in medication administration and documentation.
• Strong communication and emergency response skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct care teams and supervise Nurse Aides.
• Administer medications safely as prescribed.
• Implement and monitor resident care plans per policies.
• Deliver treatments and transcribe physician orders.
• Document resident care and complete nursing assessments.
• Participate in shift reports and coordinate care continuity.
• Educate staff on nursing policies and procedures.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Address staffing needs and arrange replacement staff as needed.
