Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Weatherford, TX location. The role involves collaborating with the Medical Director and physicians to plan and provide nursing services for residents in a long-term care setting.

You will assess residents, document findings, and support team members in delivering compassionate, high-quality care under the guidance of a supportive DON and clinical staff.

Competenze

• Licensed RN in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in long-term care is favorable.

What You’ll be Doing

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.

Qualifications:

• $1000 Sign-on Bonus for FT employment only paid out 90-180days
• Must have a current RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
