Job summary

Regency Pacific Management in Spokane, WA seeks a Charge-Admission RN to oversee nursing staff and coordinate resident care in a home-like environment. The role requires an active RN license and a commitment to quality resident well-being.

You will manage medication administration, supervise staff, ensure care plans are followed, and respond to health events per state regulations while maintaining infection control standards. Comprehensive benefits available.

• Must hold a current RN license in good standing.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in healthcare preferred; new grads welcome.

• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations

• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per nurse scope of practice and state regulations

As a charge nurse (RN), you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training/supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

You Will
