Job summary

Regency Care of Rogue Valley in Grants Pass, OR is seeking a compassionate Charge Nurse (RN) to lead nursing services and ensure quality resident care. Responsibilities include medication administration, supervising staff, and coordinating care plans to support residents' well-being.

Applicants must hold an active RN license and have at least 1 year of supervision experience; new grads encouraged. Wound care certification is preferred but not required. Excellent benefits are offered.

Charge / Wound Care Nurse Opportunity

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)!

Wound Care Certification Not Required, but Would Be Preferred.

As a charge nurse (RN), you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training/supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

You will:

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per nurse scope of practice and state regulations

You Currently:

• Possess a current registered nurse license in good standing
• Typical candidates have 1-year of providing supervision in healthcare. New grads are encouraged to apply!
