Job summary

Regency Care of Rogue Valley in Grants Pass, OR is seeking a compassionate Charge Nurse (RN) to lead nursing services and ensure quality resident care. Responsibilities include medication administration, supervising staff, and coordinating care plans to support residents' well-being.

Applicants must hold an active RN license and have at least 1 year of supervision experience; new grads encouraged. Wound care certification is preferred but not required. Excellent benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
• Wound Care Certification not required, but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication assistance/administration and nursing services.
• Train staff and supervise team under the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, and home-like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with ADLs and medications per state regulations.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Maintain and communicate resident care documentation.
