Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Three (3) years’ experience in surgery.
• Current Texas RN License and CPR/BLS.
• CNOR preferred; ACLS, PALS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the OR staff to ensure smooth daily case flow.
• Coordinates daily OR scheduling with staff to optimize flow.
• Prepares monthly call schedules and staff meetings.
• Communicates with physicians to resolve equipment or instrument issues.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates supplies for OR, radiology, and anesthesia.
