Job summary

TriHealth is seeking an experienced RN for the MSICU/PCU at Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves coordinating patient care on the unit during nights, with a focus on high-acuity trauma and stroke patients.

On-site, full-time position with a 36-hour work week across day/night shifts; BSN is encouraged within 5 years. ACLS and USGPIV/CRRT experience are valued; RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• New Hires must obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• 1–2 years clinical nursing experience required.
• ACLS certification expected within 12 months; ECG interpretation competency required.
• Active RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care on the unit each shift with assigned nursing staff.
• Communicate with unit staff and serve as a clinical resource on standards of care and procedures.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and participate in committees and professional development.
