Job summary

TriHealth at Clinton Regional Hospital is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse to deliver holistic patient care across multiple units. The contract involves 36 hours weekly with every third weekend, requiring 2–3 years of acute care experience and ICU exposure, along with RN licensure and BLS certification.

You will apply the nursing process, collaborate with physicians and the health care team, and participate in ongoing professional development within TriHealth standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
• 2–3 years clinical nursing in Acute Care Setting (Required)
• Knowledge, judgement, and skills derived from Biological, Physical, Behavioral, Social, and Nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs at various stages of the life cycle
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Registered Nurse Required

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates organizational responsibilities and provides leadership on the unit as needed.
• Collaborates with physicians and health care team members to meet patient needs.
• Demonstrates knowledge and maintains current practice through continuing education and certification.
• Documents plan of care and patient responses and teaching.
• Assists with discharge planning and ensures safe, autonomous patient care.
