Job summary

TriHealth is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for the Critical Care Night Shift at Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH. You will join a 24/7 team of intensivists, pulmonologists, and hospitalists, managing admissions, diagnostics, treatment adjustments, and family communication.

Requirements include a Master’s in Nursing with NP or CNS certification, BLS/ACLS/ENLS/FCCS, RN with APRN licensure, and 3–4 years of clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Must have Critical Care APP experience.
• Master's in Nursing and NP/CNS program graduate.
• BLS, ACLS, ENLS, FCCS certifications.
• RN with APRN licensure.
• Professional specialty certification required within one year of start date.
• 3–4 years clinical nursing experience in applicable setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates and consults with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, patient and family.
• Provides consultation and initiates referrals to other healthcare team members.
• Assists in selecting therapies balancing cost and quality of benefits.
• Leads and mentors nursing staff and supports education.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
