Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join our long-term elderly care team at The Woodlands Healthcare Center 2 in Leesville, LA. You will work with the Medical Director and physicians to plan nursing services and evaluate residents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conferring with Medical Director and attending physician on resident care.
• Assist in planning and developing nursing services for residents.
• Support team development and growth of staff.
• Examine residents and records to identify early health concerns.
• Perform administrative duties such as forms, reports, and charting.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN or LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
