Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC in Bossier City, LA is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN to join the nursing team at Colonial Oaks Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. The role involves collaborating with the Medical Director and attending physicians to plan and deliver resident care.

You will examine residents and records, assist in planning nursing services, and support the growth of team members. A current LPN/LVN license in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers - you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
