Rancho Seco Care Center in California is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse LVN or RN for the PM shift (2:30 pm – 11:00 pm). The Charge Nurse reports to the Director of Nursing, provides direct patient care, mentors staff, and ensures nursing standards are followed.
You will record vital signs, supervise nursing staff, coordinate daily schedules, oversee admissions and discharges, liaise with physicians, maintain charts, and uphold health and safety regulations while delivering compassionate care.

Position: The Charge Nurse is responsible to the Director of Nursing, and is to be clinically competent; delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacts with patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
