Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a per diem role in Redlands, CA. You will support residents with daily care while upholding our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care, and collaborate with care partners to plan assignments and ensure resident satisfaction.

Per diem schedule offers a $30–34/hour base pay with a $2/hour night shift differential, plus a robust benefits package after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Current LVN/LPN in the state applying
• CPR certification current
• Nursing experience preferred in senior care/post-acute/sub-acute settings

Per Diem Schedule

Our Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Pay Rate: $30-34/hour, depending on experience

Night Shift Differential +$2/hr.

Schedule: Per-Diem, open availability required.

To Be Successful In The Role, You Would Have

• Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
• New grads are welcome!
