Job summary

Spring Mill Pointe is seeking a full-time LPN to join our HumanGood community in Lafayette Hill, PA. You will provide nursing care aligned with our philosophy for person-directed care and coordinate with care partners to ensure resident satisfaction.

Requirements include an active LVN/LPN license in the state, CPR certification, and prior nursing experience in senior care or post-acute settings. New grads welcome, and weekend/holiday rotation required.

Description

Spring Mill Pointe is looking for a full time LPN. Our Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Pay rate: $30 - 32 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time 7am-7pm - Must be available for Every other weekend and holiday rotation.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
• New grads are welcome!
