Shifts Available: 6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM, 10PM-8AM

We’re seeking a Charge Nurse - LVN or RN to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide direction to Nurse Aides regarding appropriate resident care.
• Properly administer resident medication.
• Implement resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physicians' orders.
• Perform treatments as required.
• Accurately transcribe physician orders promptly.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of residents' charts. Complete nursing assessments as required.
• Participate in shift reports.
• Implement established nursing policies and procedures; educate support staff on residents' care needs.
• Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to infection control and body mechanics procedures.
• Respond to staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to organize workflow, respond to emergencies, and note details accurately.
