Responsibilities

• Supervise Nurse Aides and oversee appropriate resident care.
• Administer medications accurately to residents.
• Implement care plans in accordance with company policies, federal regulations, and physicians' orders.
• Perform treatments and accurately transcribe physician orders.
• Document residents' charts promptly and accurately; complete nursing assessments as required.
• Participate in shift reports and staff education regarding resident care needs.
• Maintain a safe environment, adhering to infection control and body mechanics procedures.
• Respond to staffing shortages by arranging for replacements.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed/Vocational Nurse in good standing.
• Strong technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to organize workflow, respond to emergencies, and pay attention to detail.

Shifts available: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm and 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
