Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate staffing and resources on shift.
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans with the team.
• Delegate to and collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and licensure.
• Mentor and coach staff; promote professionalism.
• Activate rapid response or code alerts when needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
