Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in the assigned clinical area.
• Mentoring experience.
• BSN degree to be obtained within four years of hire/promotion.

Responsibilities

• Directs an interdisciplinary care team by delegation and collaboration to follow the plan of care.
• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans with patient/family involvement.
• Coordinate staffing and resources to meet clinical and financial needs.
• Ensure timely documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Mentor staff and promote nursing professionalism and accountability.
