Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-high school degree acceptable.
• Five years healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Certifications such as LPN, RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CPC, or CBCS.
• Knowledge of OPPS, IPPS, ICD-10, HCPCS/CPT coding.

Responsibilities

• Advise on charge code usage with medical record analysis.
• Monitor charge capture, revenue trends, and work queues.
• Ensure compliance with billing guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and IT to resolve unrouting accounts.
• Participate in system upgrades and Epic implementation go-live.
