Job summary

Shriners Children’s is seeking a Revenue Integrity Manager to lead charge capture activities across the SC organization. This role develops processes, oversees reconciliation, and informs senior leadership on opportunities to improve revenue integrity and compliance.

You will coordinate with departments on CDM changes, review charge capture, and oversee Epic PB/HB-related systems while guiding the analytics and education necessary for consistent, accurate billing across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting/finance or healthcare/business administration.
• 10+ years of hospital/clinic revenue cycle experience focused on revenue integrity and compliance.
• 5+ years of hospital-based billing, coding, and charge capture experience.
• Proficient knowledge of charge master components (CPT/HCPCS, Revenue Codes, GL/Cost Centers).
• Experience collaborating with multiple departments on revenue management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of revenue cycle support including performance improvement and training.
• Analyze data and develop recommendations for revenue cycle opportunities and CDM changes.
• Provide audit-ready documentation and recommendations for corrections to hospital processes.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory and payer guidelines and educate leadership on changes.
• Lead reporting and communication with senior leadership and facilities on charge capture improvements.
