Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education, student affairs, college student personnel, counseling, leadership, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary advisor to a fraternity or sorority governing council and multiple chapters.
• Lead recruitment and intake initiatives, new member experiences, engagement programming, and signature events.
• Collaborate with students, alumni advisors, inter/national orgs, campus partners, and community stakeholders to advance the department's mission.
