Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for the Arizona and New Mexico Chapters from Phoenix, AZ. You will partner with chapter leaders to drive operational excellence, manage budgets, facilities, IT coordination, and vendor relationships while supporting the Executive Director and liaising with the national office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of operations, office management, or administrative support experience.
• Bilingual Spanish-English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for Chapter offices in New Mexico and Arizona.
• Support budgeting, reporting, analysis, and operating budgets for supplies, equipment, furniture, and technology.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, events, and staff logistics.
• Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding with HR.
• Oversee facilities, procurement, and lease negotiations in coordination with Real Estate.
• Manage vendor documentation, insurance, and compliance requirements.
• Serve as liaison between Chapter, home office, and IT vendors; manage equipment provisioning.
• Administer Board and committee activities, including logistics and minutes.
