Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executive coach, mentor, and strategic advisor to Chapter Executive Directors.
• Develop leadership development plans and provide candid feedback and accountability.
• Coach EDs to become influential executives with strategic vision and initiative.
• Maintain regular executive coaching and performance discussions across chapters.
