• Responds to physician referrals the same day to aid staff.
• Reports safety and security risks to maintain a safe environment.
• Intervenes in crises to support initial spiritual and emotional needs.
• Supports department finances by following policies and improving efficiency.
• Covers on-call shifts as assigned.
• Maintains alertness and safe conduct during duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
