Qualifications

  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and eCHAM/iCHAM preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce BBAHC and CHAP policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of corporate business, finances, employee relations, and patient information.
  • Act as a liaison for patients with CHA/Ps.
  • Maintain CHAP essential database for compliance and quality control.
  • Monitor CLIA training and CLIA logs.
  • Compile monthly village council reports and review for content.
  • Assist CHA/P with ordering and maintenance of supplies and equipment.
  • Review monthly clinic supply orders.
  • Review expirations and ensure clinics pull expired supplies from stock.
  • Review weekly incomplete charts from HIMS and contact Health Aide.
  • Approve Health Aide absence requests and ensure clinic coverage.
  • Participate in data collection for Population Management.
  • Follow up with villages to ensure orders on the spreadsheet are fulfilled.

Purpose of the Job: Provide leadership and administrative support for the Community Health Aide/Practitioner Program. Surveys villages and clinics for compliance with daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly quality checks. Provides daily administrative support to the CHA/Ps in the region. Provides advice to CHAP management regarding conduct of village clinic business and of CHA/Ps. Maintain CHAP data bases as assigned.
