Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of leadership in operations, revenue management, or transformation.
• Proven ability to oversee revenue forecasting, sales pipelines, and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal influence and communication at executive and operational levels.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise channel strategy aligned with Tyler’s revenue goals.
• Develop and govern an 18‑month channel plan with targets, timing, and resources.
• Oversee channel revenue performance and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Collaborate with product, sales, implementation, and finance for readiness and execution.
• Own executive channel reporting and KPI tracking for leadership.
