HP Inc Poland is seeking a Channel Service Manager for Large Format to serve as the primary service liaison for strategic Channel Partners, driving partner readiness, service delivery excellence, escalation management, and compliance across HP’s Large Format portfolio.

You will lead consultative engagements with partner delivery teams to plan, design, deploy, and manage complex Large Format service and support solutions, and drive quarterly reviews with partners, sharing expertise on technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in technical support, engineering, service delivery, or channel management in Large Format printing.
• Experience with HP DesignJet, PageWide XL, Latex or STITCH is preferred.
• Strong relationship management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English; other local languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary HP service liaison for strategic Large Format Channel Partners.
• Lead consultative engagements with partner delivery teams to plan and deploy complex solutions.
• Drive partner reviews and manage escalation, compliance, and improvements.
• Provide expertise on technology, applications and market trends to partners.
• Coordinate with engineering, ABUs, and regional teams to resolve incidents.
