Qualifications

• Substantial experience in sales, marketing, account management or agriculture.
• Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, oral and written).
• Willingness to travel and live/work in a rural environment.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Achieve assigned targets with Bayer products.
• Develop and implement professional seller business plans and forecast management.
• Serve as business consultant to Seedsmen and their sales teams.
• Identify service gaps and recruit Seed Professionals to increase market penetration.
• Demonstrate product performance and Bayer knowledge.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives and Bayer specialists.
• Manage inventory and ensure program execution.
• Analyze market and competition to drive decisions.
• Travel approximately 60% (day travel).
