Seedway, LLC is seeking a motivated Seed Sales Representative to drive seed sales within the Michigan/Upper Midwest territory. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and Crop Specialists to grow profitability, deliver customized seed solutions, and provide agronomic support through innovative services.

You will lead seed trials, present ROI-focused proposals, track performance, and collaborate across departments to ensure top-tier service and customer satisfaction in a dynamic market.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience in seed or crop inputs.
• Strong understanding of seed technologies, agronomic practices, and CRM.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight.

Responsabilidades

• Drive seed sales growth in Michigan/Upper Midwest and build customer relationships.
• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of seed trials and related initiatives.
• Present tailored farm proposals highlighting ROI of seed products and services.
• Track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales outcomes.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
• Manage pricing, contracts, and credit programs; utilize MS Office and CRM.
• Participate in customer events, trade shows, and internal sales meetings.
