Bayer in Minnesota seeks a Field Sales Representative II in Crop Protection/Seeds & Traits to grow market share and drive annual targets across designated counties (Cottonwood, Murray, Pipestone). You’ll act as a trusted partner to retailers and growers, promoting Bayer Crop Science products with strong agronomic knowledge and data-driven insights.

Travel about 60% and mentor interns, coordinate dealer plans, manage inventory, and support marketing initiatives; require Bachelor’s degree and 3+

Strong user-level computer and presentation skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Demonstrated digital acumen and ability to analyze data to influence decisions and create value for customers.
Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 60%) and live/work in a rural environment, with a strong interest in supporting collaboration and teamwork.
Position requires driving for the company that may fall under DOT/FMCSA jurisdiction, which may include hauling trailers, products, supplies, or equipment safely.

Responsabilidades

Achieve assigned targets with Bayer products in coordination with squad-mates and actively support the successful delivery of overall squad goals.
Develop and implement dealer business plans, proactively manage forecasting and inventory, address product line demand issues, set business direction, and coordinate follow-ups with dealers.
Serve as the key business consultant to retailers and dealers, effectively selling the value of Bayer Crop Science products and championing Bayer brands through strong product, portfolio, technical, and agronomic knowledge.
Collaborate with squad-mates (FSRs, SAs, TAs, DELs) and Product Agronomy Specialists (PAS) to maximize services, information, and sales to preferred growers and key customer accounts.
Actively manage inventory concerns and utilize market and competitive information and data analysis to make key decisions that drive business outcomes.
Follow set strategies to achieve long- and short-term business plans for key accounts and your assigned area, while effectively managing expenses, discretionary dollars, and program payments to enable top- and bottom-line growth.
Ensure strong program execution and fulfillment, including national and regional marketing initiatives, and successfully partner with FSRs/SAs to manage relationships with top growers and retailers and plan for their evolving business needs.
Act as a mentor to FSR interns, trainees, or more junior FSRs as requested by leadership, manage area claims per Bayer Crop Science policy and process, and travel approximately 60% with significant daily face-to-face customer interaction.
