Bayer Crop Science Limited is seeking a Field Sales Representative II to grow market share for crop protection and seed products across designated MN counties. You will work with retailers, dealers and large growers to deliver value through Bayer's portfolio and agronomic expertise.

The role involves extensive travel (~60%), collaboration with cross-functional teams, and mentoring interns or junior staff when needed. A strong background in sales and agriculture is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve assigned targets with Bayer products in coordination with squad-mates.
• Develop and implement dealer business plans and forecast/manage inventory.
• Serve as a key business consultant to retailers and dealers, promoting Bayer products and portfolio.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize services and sales to key accounts.
• Analyze market and competitive information to drive business decisions.
• Support execution of marketing initiatives and manage relationships with top growers.
