Bayer is seeking a Channel Field Sales Representative III to grow the seeds & traits business in the Northeast Nebraska region and surrounding markets. You will support demand for Channel products through Seed Professionals and drive revenue by executing business plans, forecasting, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in sales, marketing, account management or agriculture.
• Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, oral and written).
• Demonstrated initiative, assertiveness, and ability to drive results.
• Strong business acumen, account planning, influencing and critical thinking.
• Financial, time, and territory management proficiency.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned targets with Bayer products in coordination with pod-mates.
• Develop and implement professional seller business plans and forecasts.
• Serve as the key business consultant to Seedsmen and their sales teams.
• Identify service gaps and recruit Seed Professionals to increase market penetration.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives, CBAs and TAs to maximize services.
• Manage inventory and ensure programs are executed on time and within policy.
• Gather market data, analyze it, and drive decision making.
• Travel approximately 60% to cover the geography and support dealers.
