Job summary

Paychex in Tallahassee seeks an early-career Channel Sales professional to generate new business through referral partners, build relationships with CPAs and clients, and drive growth with payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.

You’ll own the full sales process—from prospecting to closing—managing high-velocity cycles and 1–2 week deals, with uncapped earning potential and strong development through our award-winning training and resources.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
