Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an ambitious Channel Sales professional to help small businesses with payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance solutions. You’ll build relationships with referral partners and CPAs, driving new logos through trusted conversations and a high-volume outreach mindset.

This full-time role offers uncapped earning potential with base pay plus commissions, typically between $55,000 and $105,000, depending on location and performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; HS Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1-2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
