Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sales Operations Manager for Starlink Channel Sales to own the systems, processes, and data that enable a scalable reseller channel. You will manage onboarding, co-sell registration, KYC, and pipeline reporting, turning data into dashboards and workflows for Channel and Enterprise Sales.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in GTM, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Engineering to remove friction between direct and indirect motions and to drive productivity and indirect

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in channel, reseller, sales or revenue operations.
• 1+ years owning reseller or channel operational processes.
• Experience with CRM systems and partner portals is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own reseller portal onboarding, tiering workflows, and data quality across CRM and reseller systems.
• Design and operate co-sell registration within tiering approvals.
• Lead quarterly data collection for KYC and pipeline reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Channel Sales on data, reporting, scorecards, and insights.
• Define service levels for onboarding, registrations, and quarterly submissions.
