Job summary

SpaceX's Starlink Channel Sales team is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to own systems, processes, and data that scale reseller channels. You will oversee reseller portal onboarding, co-sell registration, KYC, and pipeline reporting, turning that information into clean dashboards and workflows that boost productivity across Channel Sales, Enterprise Sales, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in channel/ sales/revenue operations or related GTM function.
• 1+ years owning reseller or channel operational processes such as portal onboarding, registration workflows, PRM/portal operations, or channel data/reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own reseller portal onboarding, tiering workflows, portal readiness, and clean reseller data across CRM and reseller systems.
• Design and operate co-sell registration as part of the tiering approval process.
• Build and run the quarterly channel data collection process to capture KYC and pipeline reporting from resellers; define data flow and storage.
• Partner with Channel Sales on reseller performance data, dashboards, and operational insights.
• Define service levels for onboarding, co-sell registration, quarterly KYC/pipeline submissions, and handoffs across teams.
• Collaborate with GTM Engineer and Data Engineer to improve data quality and embed reseller-safe tooling.
• Establish success metrics for channel operations and optimize based on feedback.
• Advise leadership on bottlenecks, data readiness, and investments to scale indirect revenue.
