Job summary

SpaceX in Bastrop, TX is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to own reseller onboarding, KYC, and pipeline data for Starlink Channel Sales. You will design workflows, ensure data quality, and collaborate with Channel Sales, Legal, Finance, and GTM engineering to streamline indirect revenue.

The role requires 5+ years in channel or sales operations and strong CRM experience (HubSpot/Salesforce). Occasional travel and extended hours may be required to support major product launches and reseller

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in channel operations, reseller operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related go-to-market function.
1+ years of experience owning reseller or channel operational processes such as portal onboarding, registration workflows, PRM/portal operations, or channel data/reporting.

Responsibilities

Own reseller portal onboarding operations, tiering workflows, portal readiness, and clean reseller data across CRM and reseller systems.
Design and operate co-sell registration as part of the tiering approval process, ensuring information is captured completely and consistently.
Build and run the quarterly channel data collection process to capture KYC and pipeline reporting from resellers; define data submission, validation, storage, and usage in reports.
Partner with Channel Sales on reseller performance by owning data, reporting, scorecards, and insights to help manage the channel.
