Backed by top VC firms, our client is a rapidly growing SaaS company that enables airports to optimize their operations and passenger experience. They are seeking a Channel Sales Manager to help drive pipeline acceleration. This person will be tasked with identifying new partner channels and business development.

Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

Location: Remote – Preferably based in eastern or central time zones.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years professional experience in sales & business development, focused on channel management and partner development/partner enablement
  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • Experience working with BID Teams, RFPs, and contractual frameworks
  • Strong business development skills – ability to nurture relationships, organize events, identify new partners, conflict resolution
  • Hustler / Hunter mentality, and ability to succeed in a start-up, dynamic environment
  • Interest in aviation, and selling cloud-native software solutions to improve airport operational efficiency

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 base salary (Based on experience & level), plus commission ($150,000-200,000 OTE based on performance) and benefits.
