Paychex, a leader in payroll and HR solutions, is seeking an early-career Channel Sales professional in Saint Paul, MN to generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.

You’ll build relationships with bankers and clients, manage a fast-paced sales cycle, and sell a full suite of payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions. Competitive pay includes uncapped commissions and a rich rewards program.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Sales.
• 2 years of experience in B2B Sales.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with bankers and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
