Job summary

Mars Snacking is seeking a Channel Sales Analyst in Chicago, IL to provide analytics and operational support for the On The Go channel, including Convenience and ALT Retail/Specialty customers. You will deliver critical reporting, insights, and support revenue growth across core and seasonal portfolios.

You will develop knowledge of annual planning, leverage data sources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into clear reports.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and business intelligence/reporting tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, Nielsen, and POS data.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Analytics: Weekly/period sales reporting, GSV, IVR report generation, and period reviews.
• Business Insights & Decision Support: Analyze data from multiple sources and deliver actionable insights.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting efficiency, and data accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise between internal stakeholders and customer teams; build relationships across sales and support functions.
• Operational Support: Support deductions management, bill clearing, post-audit administration, and planning meetings.
• Technical Expertise: Develop expertise in systems and BI platforms; leverage Nielsen and POS data.
