Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Retail Insights Analyst to join the Retail Analytics and Insights Team in Chicago. You will support the Power BI retail reporting suite, derive business trends for field management, and troubleshoot data issues to enable actionable in-store execution.

The role requires 2+ years in analytics or sales, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and the ability to translate priorities into actionable insights while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Business/Category Analytics and/or Sales.
• Experience in Sales environment and data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Power BI suite of retail reports.
• Provide business trends/opportunities to field management.
• Troubleshoot data and report issues.
• Incorporate cross functional data into retail reporting needs.
• Provide reporting support for performance scorecards and incentive programs.
• Ad hoc reporting to the field.
