Job Description Summary
We seek a results-driven Channel Relationship Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing programs that grow our channel partnerships. The role involves fostering strong partner relationships and enabling effective marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate combines marketing expertise, strong communication skills, and understanding of channel dynamics.

What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

  • Channel Partner Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel and integration partners.
    • Serve as the primary contact for marketing inquiries and support.
    • Conduct regular partner meetings to review performance and address challenges.
  • Marketing Program Development and Execution:
    • Develop and implement channel marketing programs, including co-marketing campaigns and incentives.
    • Create marketing collateral, sales tools, and training materials.
    • Manage partner marketing budgets.
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis:
    • Track and analyze marketing program performance, providing reports and insights.
    • Identify KPIs and develop strategies for improvement.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Channel Enablement:
    • Develop and deliver partner training programs.
    • Create and maintain a partner portal.
    • Facilitate communication between partners and internal teams.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work with sales, product marketing, and other teams to align strategies.
    • Collaborate with partners on business plans and initiatives.
    • Ensure sales enablement through the channel.

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • 3-6 years in client relations, customer support, or similar roles.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Proven success in channel marketing programs.
  • Understanding of channel partner dynamics and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Experience in the Short-term Rental/Vacation Industry is a plus.
  • Experience with Market Development Funds (MDF) management.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
