Customer Marketing Manager
REMOTE USA
SUMMARY:

The purpose of this job description is to define the role of the Customer Marketing Manager, focusing on developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our customer base.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop a marketing retention program to secure client revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage client communications related to company news and product updates.
  • Create marketing campaigns to support client upsell initiatives.
  • Manage content marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, promotional incentives, and thought leadership.
  • Develop case studies, secure client speakers, and tell our client stories through various channels.
  • Design multi-faceted account-based marketing strategies for our enterprise clients.
  • Work closely with digital marketers, product marketing, sales, and management to meet objectives.
  • Measure and report on campaign KPIs and progress towards department goals.
  • Support corporate initiatives and programs as needed.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education/Certifications/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, sales, business administration, or related field; 6+ years of marketing experience; 2+ years in B2B environments; SaaS experience preferred but not required; relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements.
  • Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication skills; proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Pardot preferred), and Microsoft Office; successful management of budgets and campaigns; strong project management and motivational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively.
  • Other: Passion for ENGIE’s mission; commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The pay range for this role is $71,400-$120,750, based on experience and other factors. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and bonuses.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week, with schedules determined by business needs.
  • Workplace ergonomics and safety requirements are provided.
  • Occasional travel and flexible hours may be required.
